Search fanta.bio CREs with Keywords/External IDs

Advanced Search

Use at least one search query to perform a search. You can combine multiple keywords. The search will be performed on the CRE ID, CRE Name, TFs and others, external identifiers, and Organism.

Examples of keywords: Sox2, cp1@Sox2, FCHS_301358, MGI:98364.

Search fanta.bio using UCSC Genome Browser

This search will take you out of fanta.bio and into the UCSC Genome Browser.

Examples of keywords: Sox2 (human), chr3:181710000-181720000 (human).
